Born on a Super Bowl Sunday, Chuck was destined to be an athlete. Although Chuck's first love was soccer, he has seen great success in triathlon.

Having qualified for USAT Nationals at the Olympic distance several times, Chuck's current focus is on the Ironman distance. He completed the California 70.3 in 2009 and hopes to qualify for Kona at Ironman Coeur d'Alene.

Chuck is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he competed in Cross Country and Track with fellow TriMettle teammate Greg Rouault. He is also the brother of Carmody Sloan.
